How to shoot a MONTHS worth of content in ONE day
I understand that having to constantly coming up with new content to post can be both difficult and stressful. By using these tips, you can effectively shoot an entire months worth of content in just one day.
select one day a month to get content done
I love to plan ahead and schedule one day a month to shoot content either in studio or at home. I suggest posting on your Instagram feed 3 times a week. In one day, you will be able to achieve high quality photos that you are proud to showcase on your feed.
come prepared with different looks
Bring along multiple different outfits and accessories to give the illusion that you are shooting on different days. Occasionally switching your makeup or hairstyle during the shoot will give you more photo options as well. Use Pinterest for outfit inspo and pose ideas so that you feel more confident and ready the day of the shoot.
location, location, location
Select a location that has multiple different options for photos. I personally always schedule the shoot somewhere with different locations in walking distance from each other such as a cafe, buildings, or a local park. Having this versatility will allow you to have a diverse set of content.
hire a photographer for help - or just do it yourself!
Hiring a photographer is always a great option to go with if you can. *Tip- show your photographer your mood board, inspo photos and the editing style that matches your feed. It’s best to ensure that you are both on the same page in terms of vibe and aesthetic.
If a photographer is not an option, you can still take high quality photos by yourself! Try using a tripod or bluetooth remote that connects to your phone.
I understand that it may be intimidating to take photos in public alone, but the content you will get will be worth it!

Shoot Instagram Stories, TikTok videos and filler photos all in this day too! I love to shoot content for all of my channels on the day of my shoot as I am already in the zone, and have my hair and makeup already done. It’s always great to have more content just incase you want to spontaneously post.
